SUBJECT SERVICE AND COSTS (valid for delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia)
Delivery is carried out through an authorized delivery service in the territory of the Republic of Croatia within the deadlines indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery deadlines are informative and do not constitute an essential component of the contract.
Ordered items are sent to the delivery service GLS as a package, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order or payment (possibly earlier). Exceptionally, due to the sale of a particular item or unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the delivery lasts longer than the stated deadline, of which you will be notified by e-mail.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the buyer's offer, and the product will be shipped within 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) upon receipt of the payment of the purchase price, except for the payment of the product on delivery.
If the buyer chooses the method of payment on delivery, the sales contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer, and the product will be shipped to the delivery service within 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and non-working days excluded) after the conclusion of the sales contract.
*Note: delivery time may deviate from this in some periods of the year, for example, we list days of large order volumes such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc. In this case, we ask for understanding, and we will additionally inform customers on our website.
The product will be delivered to the buyer on the territory of the Republic of Croatia within 5 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days excluded) from the moment of making the purchase from the delivery of the product to the delivery service, except for delivery to the Croatian islands. Delivery to the Croatian islands is made according to the following table:

Delivery to the Croatian islands not listed in the table above shall be made via Croatian Post, at the latest within 10 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days are excluded).

Delivery costs are fully paid by the buyer, unless the value of the ordered shipment exceeds € 70,00 or is otherwise stated on the website www.middlechild.hr. Delivery price within the Republic of Croatia is:
*Note: these amounts relate only to delivery within the Republic of Croatia, and the price of delivery to other EU member states will be visible when ordering. There are no free deliveries to other EU countries.
If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly indicate the new price in the web shop.
Delivery prices are shown with VAT included.
Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the speed of delivery or possible complications during delivery caused by the delivery service.

The buyer is recommended to inspect the shipment at pick-up, but this does not affect his legal rights in case of subsequently identified defects.
Customers can change the delivery address through the portal and in conversation with the driver of the delivery service or decide to pick up the package in person in parcels.
If the Buyer who refused to receive the goods re-orders the goods via www.middlechild.hr The Seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge.
Middle Child reserves the right not to send orders with incorrect/incomplete contact information as well as orders with e-mail and/or phone to which no one is responsible.
