RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchase (when it is not a personal takeover but the goods are sent by delivery service), you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order.

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act according to the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Obligations Act. We will refund the amount paid after the goods have been returned. You must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you declared to us the unilateral termination of the contract.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if he uses his right to unilaterally terminate the contract, and if the buyer wants, he can contact us at the following e-mail address: hello@middlechild.hr to inform about the manner, possibilities and conditions of returning the product.

The Buyer shall comply with Article 77(5). of the Consumer Protection Act is responsible for any impairment of the value of the purchased product resulting from the handling of the purchased product. The returned product must be undamaged, with appropriate original labels, pendants and a declaration.

Please return the items no later than 14 days after receipt of the shipment under the following conditions:

• the product you are returning must not be used and must be packed in the original packaging with intact pendants and labels,
• attach the original invoice.

You can return the shipment by sending it to: Street of the Republic of Austria 9, 10000 Zagreb.

The cost of returning the goods, if it is not a defect on the product, is entirely borne by the buyer.

The cost of returning the goods due to a defect on the product is borne by Middle Child. Returned goods will be exchanged according to your wishes or refunded to your account.

 REPLACEMENT / RECOMMENDATION OF GOODS

The buyer can advertise the product purchased through the Middle Child web store. The buyer first addresses himself in writing to the following e-mail address: hello@middlechild.hr for information on the manner, possibilities and conditions of product complaints. The goods that the buyer wants to advertise should be sent to the address of the company, Ulica Republike Austrije 9, 10000 Zagreb. If the reason for the replacement is damaged or defective, the replacement will be made at the expense of Middle Child.

The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery service, but in agreement with them will ensure the best possible service for each customer. If the buyer notices any damage when picking up the goods, he is obliged to send a complaint to the courier on the spot and notify the courier in writing by e-mail: hello@middlechild.hr

RIGHT TO CANCELLATION OF THE ORGANISATION

Both the trader (Middle Child) and the buyer can exercise the right to terminate the contract (cancellation of the order) before sending the goods for delivery with a refund of pre-paid funds. If the trader (Middle Child) cannot deliver the paid goods for any reason, a replacement item is offered to the buyer, and in case the buyer does not want the paid funds are fully returned to the buyer.

If the buyer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days.

If the buyer decides to cancel the order after the goods have been sent for delivery, the refund less the cost of delivery will be made within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the return of the goods.
